You know what's funny? Most of those people are doing that because they've been told that blowing their nose in public is rude. |

And you don't know until you have bought them and put them on. I just got a new pair of boxers like that, but on the plus side, they are really thin and breathable, they're almost transparent. |

Products like soda that say something to the effect of "New Look, Same Great Taste". (1) You can see it has a new look, you don't need to be told. (2) A new design is itself an advertising method. Don't advertise an advertising method. (3) The words "New Look, Same Great Taste" are part of the new design. So by the time the design becomes not new and you can remove the words, you have to put them back on, since removing the words is changing the design. |

SWEET! I noticed he has a sheet music method as well. I can use that for something I've been meaning to work on for the church. |

I hate those t-shirts and slogans that chicks (and one or two dudes) have inexplicably started wearing, where all it is is an insult, and a sucky one at that. Especially the ones on the internet, because they're accompanied by pictures that have nothing to do with the text.

Yeah, but isn't that like the textbook definition of "image macro"? |

No, because in a viable image macro, the text and the picture have everything to do with each other. What Joe is describing, and that picture, is not even close. |

When people overreacting over little things, and decide to blow into something big. People need to stop being so sensetive about these things. If you have a problem with the simple little picture(s) I posted, just ignore it. Now I don't want this thing to turn into a big argument, I'm just saying. |

I've got nothing wrong with people saying "Could you please tone it down a bit", but when people go on furious tangents insulting the "offending" people, it's...well, it's stupid... |

But when other forum members expressed offense at it, that should have been your queue that it didn't need to be there. Be glad that all I did was reduce it to a link. I could have just deleted your posts. |

It's a force of habit for me. I don't think the fact that "it's assumed that you're responding to the post above" is good enough, especially because I usually respond to a couple posts in one. This shouldn't bother you that much. |
