I hate it when people decide to call me at 3am to decide to leave me a message. I'm a light sleeper, and wake up at the slightest noise....let me be!
That gives me an idea...

on top of that, do you know how hard it is to get a VCR cleaning tape these days?

People clean their VCRs?

I have a VCR.

I have more VHS's than DVD's.

I don't own a HHDD DDBVD or blue ray.

I don't have cable or satelite, either >.>

At least my internets is good!

my VCR broke when I tried to play this awesome flash tutorial tape that my aunt gave me. It was an old version, and I already know flash pretty well, but it had this 80's guy with a pornstache who came down a slide at the beginning and said "I'M GONNA TEACH YOU HOW TO USE FLASH!"

I think I might remember that.

He satrted back when it was futureflash, if I'm not mistaken.

Although I might be confusing this with an old basic programming tutorial...

Let's pray that it is just down... but I doubt it. But come on, Fanboys is awesome, don't make it password activated...

I'm guessing it's down. It'd make no sense to make it password with no warning.

Poorly organized blogstuff. I just stumbled upon an awesome thing about game store worker's experiences, and I can barely find my bearings.

Sites that sell fonts. Where the heck do they get off charging ~$40 for a font? Seriously. It's especially stupid when you consider that you can always find a near-identical one for free. Quit being stupid, font peoples.

Seriously...who pays for fonts?

(Except for those bundle packs you find at stores. Those have some pretty sweet fonts.)

Cartoonists looking for fonts they can use for their comics.

But, I'm going to stick to my handwriting for a while.

Actually, I've found Action man to be okay. A little bold, but it works.

Though you're right, good lettering fonts are next to impossible to find free.

tsk, tsk. have you ever drawn out all of the characters necessary to create a font? neither have i. but i watched my lady work intensely for 9 weeks drawing out just a few letters. serifs, spacing, kerning, blahblahblah. fonts are a lot of work to make. /graphicdesignrant

Closing on Saturday nights.

On the other hand, I did have a lovely time quitting Target without a two weeks notice, and there's nothing they can really do, because I will literally be in the bush next week :p

My new peeve? Window's stupid taskbar.

Who the crap wants a taskbar that's twice as tall as normal? No one! Stop making it go up higher for no reason! And if the user wants to bring it back down after you've decided they'd like it higher, let them!! No one wants it on the side or the top of the screen, either! Why do they continue to program something that, since the start of overlapping windows, has never been used and only serves to tick people off?? And what's with these disappearing toolbars? I can usually get quick launch back pretty easily after they decide to delete it, simply by right clicking, but I'm stuck using alt-tab because I can't for the life of my find out how to get my list of open windows back after you so freakin' kindly decided I didn't want to see them anymore!

Argh... just really pisses me off. Glad I got that out.
