I hate the next show preview thing that shows up at the bottom of the screen on some channels. I dont mind when it is just a small message, like "Coming up: TV Show", but I hate when it is a bunch of sounds, and has the characters of that show walking on the bottom of the screen.

Also guilty: FX.

People who put on a big show after eating something spicy (especially if it's excrutiatingly mild).

I hate the people at the gym that grunt loudly. If they put half of the effort into lifting that they did with groaning, they'd throw that weight through the roof.

My Pet Peeve is people who says something funny that is not acknowledged. But then someone else says the same thing who just happens to be popular, and gets their share of chuckles from it.

I HATE that.

I'm fine with grunting, just not the really loud stuff.

I know...I hate that too. And it's usually the freaking huge guy that does that too. It's like he's going "Hey, look at me! I have to be the center of attention!"

Hm, I haven't experienced that yet. I guess I'm going to a pretty good gym.

It's kind of annoying when people don't take the "5 pound increment" weights off, though. I always forget to check those. It's not that much of a problem yet, since I'm still trying to find how much i can lift, but it'll start being more of a problem eventually.

When I grunt, it's usually in the form of an expletive and it's because I realized that I have chosen a weight level that is beyond my reach.

Lord of the Rings musical? Is that the one where Frodo and Sam kiss in the end?

They're not all bad. Someone made a Debbie Does Dallas musical.

I've heard about it; premiered in Toronto last year or so.

I agree with you about adapted musicals; most of them aren't very good, although some are awesome, eg. Phantom of the Opera (Andrew Lloyd Webber version), Spamalot, The Lion King, and Wicked.

People that believe anything they read on iTunes, i.e if it says it's by Weird Al and you read it on the Internet, then gosh golly-gee he must have heard it! Yup, must be true!

Of course, there's some proof that can be whipped out whenever need be...

iTunes has the real stuff, but P2P networks suck for Weird Al. That's mainly why he wrote "Don't Download This Song.

My peeve is my sister's sudden obsession with short shorts and low cut shirts. Seriously, I did the laundry an hour ago and everything I threw into her pile was way too small for her.

But the fact that she's my sister isn't the real issue here.

It's that the girl is 40 POUNDS OVERWEIGHT AND YET SHE CONTINUES TO WEAR CLOTHES THAT WOULD BE TOO SMALL FOR HER ANYWAY.

It hurts to just look at her these days.

I'd tell her it to her face if I knew it wouldn't get me in trouble.

Bite the bullet and tell her. A little dose of reality might do her a world of good.

Also: "Better from you than someone else".
If that doesn't work, tell your folks people are talking about her (and them). If they care half as much about what others think as my folks did, the skin show will end fast.

I don't really care about the "skin show", I just dislike the fact that the skin she's showing is completely comprised of fat.

Ace, you should tell her. It may get her mad at you, but hopefully she'll learn from it.
