The Middle by Jimmy Eat World

almost positive I reviewed this previously. Well, I'm listening to my "recently played" on shuffle, so I'll have something better in a few minutes. This song is awesome, however.

Anthem Part Two by blink-182

One of my favorites by them, right up there with "Stay Together For the Kids" and "What's My Age Again?".

Son of a Gun by The Vaselines

If you've heard Nirvana's cover, this version is three times better.

Starship Trooper - Yes

Oh man, I loves me some Yes. I would've loved to see them in concert, there's just such power and unity in all of their songs and all of the members are grade A musicians.

Starship Trooper is one of my favorite Yes songs. I love how it progresses through different sections and seems to tell a story. Steve Howe's "Würm" section at the end in particular, is just so freaking epic.

Amazing song. I like how it ends quietly, unlike a lot of songs that start to fade out and sound like they are ending, only to start up again.

He's right though, not many people have heard 'em. They're not too shabby really.

I love this song to death. And I can hit 97% of the notes on expert in GHIII.

K, sometimes I think I'm the only person who likes Alanis Morissette. What's everyone's beef with her? Also, Alanis > Matchbox Twenty.

Black Hole Sun by Soundgarden

A grunge classic.

^^That song is Rock Band, if I remember correctly. If it's the song I am thinking of, then it's good.

There's Always Someone Cooler Than You - Ben Folds
One of my favorites of the Ben Folds era.

Also a classic. Nothing compares to Beck, ever.

It's a lot better than GH. Everything about it. The whole setlist, and the multiplayer aspect. It's just amazing.

It's the concept behind the games that makes me upset. Makes a mockery of music, IMO. But this thread isn't for my beefs with music games, so...

Sabotage by Beastie Boys

EPIC.

Actually, this only happens if people think that they're awesome rock gods by being able to play Guitar Hero on Expert. People like that get shunned most of the time anyways.

The Razor's Edge - AC/DC

Best one of their songs, right there. Don't hear it too much, either.
