I'm currently listening to several guitar covers of Megaman 2's Dr. Wily stage. I think that this may be my favorite Megaman song that I've heard before.

Oh yeah, I love that one.

I found an AMAZING cover of it once, but I can't find it again. :/ Saw it on some Megaman fansite once. The closest thing I've found is the NESkimos cover, which is...pretty good.

"Mandelbrot Set" by Jonathan Coulton. It's the only song of his I've ever heard, but it's still pretty cool.

Flogging Molly: Queen Anne's Revenge

I don't normally go crazy over bands, but this indie folk rock one kicks so much butt it should be illegal. Their style is so unique and it sends chills down your spine.

Heck yes. Floggy Molly's brand of crazy pirate shanty Irish punk is awesome. I don't even like punk that much but my friend introduced me to them a year or two ago and I've been hooked since.

Punk Rock Academy - Atom and His Package

I love Adam's off-key voice and nice synth punk beats. Plus he has a BA in neuroscience.

Toybox: Tarzan and Jane

I think it's Europop so you'll either love it or hate it. The song's really cheesy, but I like their sound. I don't know why.

Rockit - Herbie Hancock

Classic. Also, I found out Bill Laswell co-wrote this song. Is there anything that guy isn't involved with? He's worked with Buckethead, Les Claypool, Bootsy Collins, and the lead singer from System of a Down (can't remember his name), to name a few.

I approve. I especially like how how at the beginning of their "Rape Me" cover, it starts with "Here's one for the ladies."

Schoolly D - ATHF Theme Remix

How do you make the second best theme song ever even better? Add some kick-awesome guitar, of course.

Leaving Shire - Bo Hansson (from his Lord of the Rings concept album)

This album was probably my first introduction to prog rock. My dad got it back in the 70s, when he was in college. Even now, 30 years later, it's still a great album, though it sounds a bit dated.
