Somebody Someone by KoRn

Some of the hardest riffs I have ever heard from KoRn. Deep and growling.

One of the best guitarists I've ever heard, hands down.

Metallica's New Song

Dear God in Heaven, if they are playing like this again, the new album is going to be unbelievable.

(Even if You Die on the) Ocean by Saturday Looks Good to Me

I only downloaded their most recent album because they were on the front page of AMG the other day and the title sounded interesting. Good indie stuff.

This also proves that having a good band name is important.

Nice to Fit In by Josh Rouse.

Upbeat tempo, catchy as heck. Nice song, but it's being played by my Pandora station so I don't know this guy.

Chasing the Dragon by Epica

They would sound so much better if they told the lead guitarist to cut it with the growls. They don't work.

Brian Wilson - Barenaked Ladies

This song would be great for Guitar Hero, especially for Co-Op. The guitar and base can be kind of hard to make out but they're really great. Also substitute the piano solo at the end for guitar like they did with the beginning of TTFAF and you've got yourself a great guitar/base ending.

Misfit Love - Queens of the Stone Age

If you like real rock, I suggest their newish album, Era Vulgaris. It's like a garage band - experimental - edgy sound. Check it out. (I'm proud to say I bought this album even before I knew one of the songs on it would be on Guitar Hero.)

Soldiers of the Wasteland -DragonForce

For the record,I think most Dragonforce songs sound the same, but this is actually really good. It's nice to see a metal band that doesn't use screamy growly vocals for once.
