Julianne - Ben Folds Five

A good song to have stuck in your head. Very catchy. Again, I love the piano in it.

Great, great song. One of the best off of the album.

Dead End Queen - theSTART

One of their best songs, I think. Great for dancing!

"This Time" by Joy Electric.

Only released in 1999 on mp3.com when the site was thriving.

The ending is so romantic in the kinkiest way possible.

Polly - Nirvana

Really great song! Disturbing, though.

I know of that song. Never heard it though, is it any good?

Anyway.

Sailing Seas - Abandoned Pools

I think this is my favorite song by them, aside from the Clone High theme which is freaking excellent.

In a word, yes.

This Nirvana conversation has got me on a Nirvana kick.

You Know You're Right by Nirvana

One of the most haunting songs I have ever heard, not just because it was Nirvana's last, but it put what Kurt Cobain was going through before his death into perspective.

Allow me to elaborate. As the huge Nirvana fan I am, there is yet to be a song by them I particularly disliked. Go out and [s]buy[/s] pirate it.

Simmer Down by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones (via Pandora)

One of their more-ska/less-punk tunes.

Ya I think so.

Tick Tick Boom by The Hives

Average song by The Hives. Which means it's really really good.

RAUGH quiet AUGH quiet GRAH (The only reason I make fun of your music taste so much is because I like it so much :) )

I'm listening to Made of Stone by the Stone Roses. Awesome solo, catchy chorus.

I dunno what that's supposed to mean. Also yeah I lurve my tunes.

A Stroll Through Hive Manor Corridors by The Hives

Doesn't really constitute as a song. It's more like an interlude.

I was making fun of the Hives for having every song sound the same.

This Is The One - The Stone Roses

Probably my least favorite song on the album.

They tried breaking from their formula with the latest album. It failed incredibly on some of the tracks, like T.H.E.H.I.V.E.S. Which I'm listening to now. This song is painfully bad. I'm used to the Hives being a punk-ish/garage-ish band with very similar songs all the time every time. And I liked it. Some of the experimental tracks on the album are so quirky that they make me happy, like Giddy Up and Puppet on a String. But this one doesn't.

I'm gonna skip it.

Down With the Sickness - Disturbed

I have a weird mix going right now. It has Disturbed, Slipknot, Reel Big Fish, The Aquabats, Barenaked Ladies, TMBG, and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Bongo Bong - Manu Chao

It's impossible to listen to this song and not get at least a little bit happier.
