Been smoking trees, lately? I don't see UK beating the #1 team in the land.

Hurry. It's getting cold.

No #1 is safe this year. At this rate, the BCS title game will feature two teams with at least 1 loss.

Who's going to beat Ohio State?

Just curious.

Also, Kentucky got fined (again) by the SEC for having fans on the field.

Seriously, they're going to have to take up a collection or something. They've got to be thinking about a tip jar at the entrances or something.

Believe it or not I see South Florida running the table. They have two relatively tough teams left: Rutgers and Louisville. They beat them, there is no stopping them from playing January 8th.

If South Florida makes it and LSU doesn't, then something is really wrong.

Who has South Florida played? Is it an SEC or Big 10 schedule?

Also, I have no clue how my fantasy team didn't get set. I thought I set it the other night.

To the team I'm playing: You're welcome.

They are from Big East, jerky and so far they have beaten #5 West Virginia and #17 Auburn(@ Auburn).

Whoo. Pats beat the Cowboys, 48-27. Score doesn't show how close the game was, though. Pats were strong, then the Cowboys were strong, then the Pats came back and put them away. Brady threw 5 TD passes. Outstanding game.

Now you know how I feel on a weekly basis.

Well, you were playing BTG this week, so you might have had a chance. Also you need to actually make some moves to make your team better.

I know I got smoked by Stu even though I can't see the score. My guys got solid yardage and whatever, but just about NONE of them got TDs. I was hoping Brady could carry my team but it doesn't look like he did. Stu's got people like LT and Edgerrin James. I was going to pick up Stallworth but I didn't, so that, coupled with the fact that Reggie Wayne had a bye and that Favre didn't throw one TD pass kind of nullified my receiving core.

Well, that answers my question.

Still, I think LSU has played a harder schedule. Of course, we know USC will be in the game.

I dunno, USC it 14th in the BCS standings and there are some tough teams to jump. Not to mention USC has to deal with Cal and Oregon.

They'll be in because they're USC.

All of my hatred for them aside, I don't think it'll be that hard for them to jump up. Seriously, there's no team that's safe from losing. Look at this season.

I have yet to see you eating any crow, BTG.

Also, I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't use Jesus' name in vain like that.

Well, you can always put your foot in your mouth. You seem to be able to do that well.

BTG's game was interesting. How did I miss that one? Seriously, I thought that Kentucky/LSU game was going to be game of the year. Guess not.

Also, what does the H stand for?
Didymus?

Holy shnikeys, I ended up beating Stu. Thank God for Tom Brady and the Baltimore defense. Also Ronnie Brown.

But Didymus doesn't begin with an H.

Holy Crap, am I doing good this week?

Thanks, BTG.

After a horrible start with my three fantasy football teams, I've gone 3-0 with each the past two weeks.

Hooray for mid-season surge!

All right Eli, I need 4 touchdowns out of you tonight. 3 of them to Plaxico. I also need you to get the ball to Jacobs a lot, have him put a few in instead of Droughns.

Who cares about the Colorado teams? No one has cared since Elway retired.

I'm pretty sure there are people that care. People like me.

OK, I lied about that last part...

I was just checking my fantasy football team and I noticed that the Indianapolis Colts' defense is doing better than the Chicago Bears' "D." How the heck does that happen?

Well, so much for USF going to the National Title game...

I don't know what's wrong with me. There was a stretch of nearly 3 years where I didn't miss a prediction and now I can't get one to save my life.

It just goes to show you, you're going to have a BCS title game with teams with 1 loss. I can feel it. No team in the top 5 are safe.
