Hmm, taking on a lot of big projects, don't overload yourself Quack. :-(

Well I guess you should add December 28th as the greatest day in the history of the forum seeing as how I joined.

I approve of this.

April 8, 2005: Rules limiting avatar and signature size go into effect.

Mid-June 2005: Necromancer plagues the Forum

October 22, 2005: Clan rHrN joins the Forum

Some time in late 2005/early 2006 September 2005: Arts and Crafts board is created

January 8, 2006: Users lost the ability to change their username

August 17, 2007: (to add to The Purge) The rules were revised slightly.

December 2007: Several new mods appointed; rules revised on the Forum.

January 5, 2008: The Forum is upgraded to phpBB3

Also look in the Disktionary for holiday information and some relative fad dates.

The only problem is that you can't link to specific entries in the Disktionary. :P

Okay, since Forum information is becoming all the rage now, I propose that somebody makes that Member Update system I was talking about.

EDIT: Oh, and you may want to change the BB Code around some to make it a bit "cleaner". Maybe make the years larger/a different color, the months at slightly greater size, and the dates bold. That makes it easier to spot the plain-text entries.

You should put this on the forum wiki, too.

BTW, July 29, 2007=mods added.

For the record, I am only going to add the joining dates of important people: Clan, due to his, er... clannyness, and mods and admins.

We should add the Ladies and Gentlemen Reformation there.

When Me, Cola, and Teff got banned and Cola was all OH HELL NO so he, and eventually me, made fake accounts to try to convince the administration to change their ways.

Basically the reason I'm still here.

I would appreciate it if all mods and admins gave me the date they joined and the date they became mod/admin.

That's not a forum event, it's an event within the main site upon which HRWF is based. Therefore, it doesn't deserve to be included at all.

Nay! Look in the general forum, my friend. What was lost is now found!

That event has nothing to do with the history of the forum, though.

All right, I've added the join date of every mod, but I'd still like the dates they became mods.

January 15, 2008 Kevin DuBrow returns to the forum after almost 1 1/2 years absence.

You don't have to put it, but I just think it'd be cool.

I really can't. Otherwise I'd have to do that for everybody.

Clan wasn't really as important as he was annoying. Clan rHrN is the perfect example of why some wildlife eat their young.

I don't understand, if you were to list one annoying user, why not all of them?

No one in 4 years has gone to the same level of irritation of other users as thei Clan fellow has supposedly did?

Yup. No one. Clan came on here and the first day he was here, he started about 10 threads, all about Hillary Duff and the Chaos Emeralds, and in general just angered everyone with his threats to "tell JoeyDay on you." He "threatened" Strong Rad several times as I recall. He was basically for lack of a better word...attention-whore.

You just had to be here.

Plus, he didn't get banned until nearly halfway through the next year, when the returning Seethroo got pretty angry at him really quick.

While I can't think of any other additions at the time, you really should try and adjust the layout when you have the chance. Bolding and sizing different parts of the timeline would definitely make it easier to read.

Meh, I dunno, just seems contradicting when one way you want to note the joining dates of the users who do good and also list those who do bad.

I know it is certainly not my place to talk, but, isn't it for the better simply to forget the banned?
