I'm pretty sure people who get nominated for most easily offended user would be very offended!

I'm pretty sure that nobody will really care about these awards in the long run.

If you want to, you can. I don't want people to waste time thinking up comments for 30+ categories--I just want them to vote truthfully.

That wasn't really a "concept" since Disk copied someone else's idea, but whatever.

When the nominations are over with, voting begins. I will update the first post to have all of the categories and nominations together, and you can then PM me this list with your choice for each category clearly noted.

Until then, though, keep nominating. However, it should be noted that nobody is allowed to nominate anymore categories by this point, and that you may only second already-nominated categories.

I sent comments to Teff on like the second awards. He enjoyed them and encouraged it.
