That happens sometimes. Have we ever considered protecting it? Or maybe we could put most of it on a template like we did with the H*R.com Updates page. Actually, if I posted this, I'd probably get yelled at by a mod anyway, so....just an idea.

I would tend to think that leaving the main page unprotected could serve as a great idiot filter: if they're stupid enough to deface the main page, then obviously they're not fit to edit the wiki in the first place.

It's sad because it's true. Why do they do it? So annoying.

Especially when they deface 20 other pages.

And I'd rather not have the Main Page protected.
