With the handy tool, irfanview, I can make windows icons.
Give me an image of what you want, But make sure it's small (But not too small).If the image is too big, It will come out really crappy looking.

Also give me your email adress. I will send it by email.

I also use IrfanView (3.95) and it is quite helpfull with images, including favicons and .ico images. It's also really fun to play around with.
