I'm suprised no one made a topic to discuss Bonus Stage yet. It's one of the webtoons with the best music, (better than Homestar, even) and really good humor. What are your thoughts on Bonus Stage?

I really like it, the animation is great, but I dont think that it's better than Homestar Runner because of the cussing. But it's so funny! I actually LAUGH at the jokes! WHOMPY FAT GUY!

<---- yeah, I'm a fan, and I have been since season one. I sometimes like it better than Homestar. They're about equal really. My favourite character is Rya, because, well, she's just awesome. Favourite episode? Probably Fifecon, just because I am one of those obsessive fans they made fun of. porplemontage set up a wiki for it, it's just like HRWiki, so check it out if you want.

(I think no one made a topic about because we already had a topic on Flash cartoons in general.)

Yeah, I've seen a couple of toons. Homestar Runner has a lot better animation (well, I think), and is funnier too. But Bonus Stage is pretty good, compared to some of the other Flash crap out there.

Homestar Runner is good clean fun that's well actually fun.
Bonus Stage is not obscene, per se, but there are a lot of minor cuss words used. (Major ones are "bleeped") And it's RANDOM! Homestar Runner, daresay, is more serious than Bonus Stage.
But Bonus Stage is actually pretty good: and LOOOOOONG!
So I guess my opinion about it is: :pom:

That means 5/10, so you know.

That's HEE-LARIOUS! I'm not even going to touch this one.

Edit: After further consideration, they're about the same. Both of them got more and more random as they continued.

Also, Bonus Stage is the only KeenToon I like, (well, Space Tree isn't bad) because the swearing and, um, themes, are kept to a minimum level. I mean, look at "Pete Is A Pogo Stick". Ugh.

I like Bonus Stage, though it is sometimes too random for me. It feels like they're using every line that comes to mind. But yeah, it's up there with Homestar Runner. The music is really good. They should put out a CD. I liked their 1st season end theme.

I never understand what the crap is going on. Like, one minute, they're in some town, then in the next minute they fly off into space!

That's one reason why I don't like Bonus Stage. Another one is the adds.

And then the jokes. It seems like they try to hard. Homestar Runner is funny because they don't try to cram a joke into every line a character says. Plus, Homestar Runner looks a lot better. It looks like Bonus Stage was just thrown together in like, an hour. You can tell they put some time into Homestar Runner, and I think that's one reason why it's so popular.

But it's not like you care what I have to say.

SuperPhil, Part 2, Joel Mentions Neopets, and online website wger....well, everyone knows what Neopets is...see if you can find the other "obvious" refrences...

Meh, I could take Bonus Stage or leave it. I like Homestar more.

On a more positive note, the music is pretty good.

By the way, does anyone know where the secret boss for "Phil's Crazy-____ Journey" is? I couldn't find him.

Bonus Stage is really funny.

I'm still wondering what could have possibly caused Jessica to go completely, utterly mad. Maybe she spent too much time with Homsar. But who cares why? It's FUNNY!

The one thing I don't like about it was how Matt Wilson changed the theme song. THE OLD ONE WAS BETTER! Maybe when everyone's back on Earth, it'll be back to normal. At least, I hope so.
