I have Msn 7.0 And these are problems I have: 1: I can't use the "Handwright" feature. (It says I need microsoft journal viewer 1.5, and service pack 2, but when I try downloading them, theres an error) 2: I can't play any of the games. 3: I can't send files!!! I think this is because I have windows 98. any Help? |

A great site for more information about MSN Messenger is: Mess With MSN Messenger, it has up-to-date information about MSN Messenger, and should cover your MSN Messenger 7 problems. |

No problems? It doesn't work at all for me, and I can't use any older versions. Ok, I once downloaded the BETA version of MSN 7.0 and all I got was an icon in my taskbar that I couldn't maximize. So I downloaded MSN 6.2 and have been using it for a while now. Lately, I've been getting notices saying that a new version is available, and since I read here that there were no more problems, I decided to download it. First, it simply wouldn't open. So I downloaded it again from messenger.msn.com. That gave me the icon in my taskbar and nothing else. So I searched for MSN 6.2 again, but I couldn't find it. I decided to go with MSN 5.0. When I tried to sign in, it told me I needed to download the latest version for it to work. Guess what that got me? That's right, an icon in my taskbar that doesn't maximize. |
