I was at the mall on friday and we have a Mac store and the line for the Mac Os X Tiger was longer than a Depression era soup line. |

Yeah, went to the first time that Panther came out and I have the dog tags to prove it. I also went to the store opening on Michagan Avenue in Chicago which had a line that went twice around the block and I have a T-shirt from that one. And I also have a T-shirt from a store openin ina different store opening. And I have a poster from the time a DJ came to our Apple Store to play music through an iPod. |

My favorite feature is the dashboard. All those cool little tools! Quik Time 7 is amazing. I watched the War of the Worlds tralier on it. The sound is great and the image is unbeleiveable. |

I love Tiger! Best of the Mac OS X series so far. I've been using Macs since 1984, so I should know this is the best.
I've downloaded 31 widgets so far!

I want to know this also. If only City of Heroes went onto Mac and you could put old characters onto it ![]() The Automator, which does large tasks for you such as gathering all your music and quicktime files, Dashboard, Dictionary, which is the Oxford Dictionary offline, Safari RSS, which does RSS feeds in your browser for you, a new iChat (Apple's AIM) that lets you video or audio chat with more than one person (Up to eight, I think), QuickTime 7, Spotlight, which is a hard drive search feature that goes at the top bar of your computer at all times, Smart Folder, which is also an enhanced searching feature made to be like a folder, a Burn Folder that lets you put things in it and burn to a disc, Voiceover, which is Speech with a lot more capability (e.g. Lets you send emails to people with pictures and news articles just by talking to the computer), a new Mail which is more Spotlight-themed, and much more I can't explain.

Oh, let me guess. You're still sore that we calculate gigabytes and megabytes, etc. mathematically. (1,024 megabytes to a gigabyte) |

(Shivers with flavor) I would not audio chat with someone I knew from a forum. But that's just me.
Human Wedgie Disclaimer: Shivers with flavor is not meant to be a dirty term. It is a reference to Marshie in the SB Email called "the show", where he said "shiver with flavor". |
