Did anyone see the Japanesse commercial for Zelda: A link to the past? No? well, I did. anyway, heres what's weird about it.

1: Instead of showing actual gameplay, it shows link, and a bunch of monsters dancing!

2: Strange Japanesse pop music!

3: Monsters are wearing costumes you could by at a Dollar store. (low bugdet commercial?)

4: Link looks like a girl!!

5: You can't do any of this stuff in the game!

If you want to watch it, click the link below. (It's a WMV)

That was the funniest thing i have seen today. It made less sence than algebra class (and my teacher can't teach very well)

Those old zelda commercials are always scaring me. I saw one last night on a website for The Legend of Zelda 1 and let me tell you, horrible rapping is not the best way to advertise a product. Nintendo is a crazy company.

That thing just takes me to http://www.retrojunk.com , which I didn't bother to look through. Though I did notice Captain N in the logo.

Heh heh. Captain N. That show sucked. Even though it was all 'bout Nintendo.

:O You'd shoot one of my kind!?! :((

Nah, I'm kidding. But seriously, it was the 80's. Everyone was crazy.

Note: If you want more madness with commercials check out the Atari 2600 Mario Bros. one.

Check out the Metroid/Rad Racer commercial.

SOMEONE didn't know that Samus was a girl.

I like how Nintendo's catch phrase back then was, "Now you're playing with power" when they actually do more of an innovation aspect nowadays.

Meh, they even have a Virtual Boy commercial.

Innovations all they have nowadays. Not that that's bad.

"The challenge is Metroid! The power is Nintendo!" :p
