I watch the show sometimes, merely for old times' sake, not out of actual interest. I like the games, however. I've got Yellow, Silver, Crystal, Ruby and Leaf Green. In Ruby, I've got three out of four stars, and I'm four entries away from the fourth. However, I'm currently working on training Pokémon for competitive battling, which is what keeps it interesting. I've also got a beaten Colosseum file on my Memory Card, although I don't own the game.

Some years ago I watched a bit of Pokemon, but then it became silly. The animation quality is low (compared to other anime) and it got repetitive after awhile. There was some good creativity in the creatures and their abilities (which is the only reason I watched it). But then I discovered Digimon and I've seen quite a number of the episodes but definetly not all of them. The animation is superior, character superior, story is much better and the creatures are also more imaginative. It is also a little darker than Pokemon, which is good.

I recently bought a Gamecube, and it came with Pokemon Colliseum (I know, it's spelled, sue me) and I gotta say, it's pretty good. I likes it.

The game is ok, but I hate the TV show. The main problem is that people I know will make fun of you for playing a Pokemon game just because the TV show is bad.

Yeah, although the TV show sucks, that doesn't mean the video game does. I've never actually played the video game myself, a lot more people like it more than the show, and one of my friends showed me the mysterious legend of Missingno, the Pokemon made entirely of TV static.

PS: Don't you hate it when people call Pokemon Poke-man? And people who think The Cheat is a Pokemon are even worse. :cheat:

Red and Blue were awexome. After that, Pokemon went downhill. The show sucks, the movies suck, and some of the later games suck. The reason I started hating it was because there were TOO MANY! 150 was fine and easy, but when you get to about 390 or whatever it just gets confuzzling. For some reason though, I still keep my Red Version. Probably because I have a team of about all lvl 100s. Though it sucks cuz I got the freakin' MissingNo. virus.

Yeah, now you know my Pokemon life story.

The show is awesome to watch for a laugh. It's great to just make fun of its stupidity.

I wish I could do that, but it's on when I'm at work. I love the games though. And I still have my cards, just in case.........I'm pathetic....

Oh yeah, I remember Missingno. That thing was awexome. It had 2 Sky Attacks and Water Gun. If used right, Missingno could also get you unlimited Master Balls. Good times.

...until it screwed up your game by endlessly messing up the Victory thing in the PC. But other than that, Missingno was the ultimate.

missingnos were weird. on my game they were always varying levels including zero and 100 and the name would always be messed up. Thats why I thought their name was missango before I read about them online and then sometimes it would be all glitchy and you couldn't see what the name was.
It got me 99 master balls, though.

On my sister's game it broke out of a master ball in the middle of nowhere.

Actually, it had 2 Water Gun moves and 1 Sky Attack move.

I used to have a level 128 Charizard that I got from the same place as Missingno. I think I actually caught a Missingno once and it changed into a Ratticate or something. That place was weird.

Not 128 HP, level 128. Its HP stretched past the bar and off the screen, but one hit brought it down to about the middle. It wasn't that good. But you can catch some pretty weird things there. I've seen Charizards, Fearows, Squirtles...I might have even seen a Mewtwo there once. I never use that cheat anymore though, because...well, for one I dislike cheating. And because of the paranoia of it screwing up my game. I even get paranoid going over one space when I go to Cinnabar.

I watched the TV show for a few months. It got old.

I played a few of the games for a while... then i discovered Dragon Warrior Monsters! that game destroys the pokemon games up through gold and silver.

I was such a HUGE Pokémon fan back in the day...for some reason I still have my deck & all my cards in a dark blue Five-Star binder.

Then again I wasn't one of those "crackhead" Pokémon fans, you know? Those really obsessed, hyperactive "ohmygodigottahavethisoneandthisoneandthisoneandthisoneandthisoneandthisonhisnameisMachampandhedoesthisandhisweaknessisthisandyadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayada" fans.

The games are great, but where I live, only little kids play with them, so I don't, especially since I lost my Game Boy and my Game Boy Advance (such bad luck). But who thinks that Yellow version was the hardest out of all Pokemon games?
The TV show was good only with the first season. As we go to the Orange Islands, it started to suck with all of the useless episodes (fillers). In the Johto season, a majority of the episodes could be removed forever and the season's story wouldn't be affected a single bit. In the Houenn (or whatever it is)... actually, I stopped watching the show in the Johto saga (which I think lasted for at least THREE (wasted) years) with all of the fillers.
The cards were okay when they were popular, but not anymore.
Now I've given up on Pokemon.

Oh yeah, MissingNo did occasionally change into a random Pokémon. I think I had one that turned into a Rhydon. Also, if you caught one at level 82 and gave it a rare candy, it turned into a Kangaskhan. A Kangaskhan with Sky Attack. B-) As for the Charizard, every game has one Pokémon you can catch at a level higher than 100 by using the MissingNo trick. I got Snorlax, and my brother got Golbat.
