Take a look at this image: 
I wouldn't exactly call that "all in the same area." I'm just guesstimating, but I'd say that the Apollo 12 and Apollo 17 sites are at least 1,000 miles apart. |

Happy Moon Day!! That Cheese thing, priceless! I wish you could zoom in to see the landing sites, but I'm guessing those pictures are sat. pics, so seeing the landing sites on them would be impossible. Still, it'd be a pretty pretty cool. I like the moon! On a related note, the Saturn V rocket on display at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL is undergoing a restoration. If you ever get a chance, you should check that thing out. The diagrams you see of it next to school buses and stuff give you no idea how big it is. You have to see one in person to truly appreciate the size. IT'S HUGE! Now, in honor of their flight, I'm gonna go drink a bottle of soy sauce and fly my house to the moooooooooooooooooooon! |

It's definitely not a painting. Paintings don't change (unless someone in Harry Potter made it?). I guess a procection is possible, but what would they project it onto? And where would they project it from so you can see it from anywhere on Earth? And where would they get all the time and money to make all the stuff? Are you saying that there is no space and the only thing that exists is the earth? Sorry for all the questions. |

Well, since NASA grounded Lt. Dan (for fear of measles) and still let Forrest onto the space craft, some bad things happened, and it didn't get to land on teh moon... You can see their planned landing site (the Frau Mauro Highlands) because that's where Apollo 14 landed. |
