Hey, you pretty people. I'm just wondering if anybody here has any sort of knowledge/experience with screenwriting. I have a short story that I'm looking to turn into an animated short, but I'm really stuck as far as writing it. If anyone WITH EXPERIENCE (dude, that's WITH EXPERIENCE) has any pointers or tips for me, I'd be forever in your debt. I'm stressing the 'with experience' part because I don't need people to send me links that they just Googled, because that won't necessarily help me at all.

Thanks in advance. :)

I've done some stage writing in my theatre classes at school. I know it's not the same, but I'd love to help.

I'm in a Media Fundamentals Program for college, so I've done some screenplays. Check out my fanfics if you want proof...

I'd be glad to help if you need me.

Thanks, you two. Ian: I'm defintely going to try and writing it as a stage play, because a lot of people have told me that they see this as a play. It's just the screenwriting for animation that I'm stuck on.

Anyway, anyone interested in giving it a try, here's the first part of the story.

Cliiiick!

i have been writing several screenplays, but unfortunatley they only appeal to goths, pagans, and other sort of people like that. well, the one im workin on now wich was supposed to be a novl but now looks to a screenplay is The Necronom, so check it out. ohh, and no i havent done any movies at all, except for re-doing a live action Dangeresque 1. but, that, umm... its on a videotape...........yeah.......

Well, nothing I wrote has ever made it to the big screen.. or any screen, but it may soon change.

This is a script for a Zelda-related flash movie I'm writing for someone. I should really stop being lazy and finish it.
