It looks like a cloud. But it's too round to be a cloud. Oh noes! The aliens are coming!... Ok, maybe not. What could it be?.. Maybe it's a water tower?

It's a pity a lot of pics aren't detailed. I've looked up all Dutch zoos, but Rotterdam is the only one that's clear.

There are two zoos in there ^ that I've visited, about 45 that I need to visit, and about 8 that I need to visit VERY BADLY.

I don't have it, but if I did I would so totally try and find Stu's house. I mean, it shouldn't be too hard, considering there's roughly 3300 people living in his backyard.

I think it's a half-blue half-white hot air balloon. It might be out of focus since it's higher than everything else.

That's what it seems like. If you zoom out more it's less distorted, since it's higher, like ed said.
