Noone can even compare to the Master Chief. I don't even like Gordon that much. I mean, how in the World do you guys like him compared to the coolest video game character ever?

I have to go with Master Chief. MC has had numerous experiments and precedures to make him better and stronger. Just look up his Wikipedia article.

Gordon Freeman can pwn anybody in an instant. He'd start out by grabbing Master Chief with either the regular or super gravity gun, then he'd fling him into a wall to stun him. After that, he'd pick him up again and fling him into a few of the millions of explosive barrels in City 17.

If Master Chief is still alive after that, Gordon would repeatedly hit him with his crowbar until he died.

Yay for Half Life!

Well, if you read the halo books you would say master cheif.
The whole story of the spartans are that a number of people were taken at a very younge age for the spartan project. They trained them until they were old enough for war. Then the scientist lady behind it (...forgot her name.....) gave them their sweet armor and stuff...but theres more to it.
They were enhanced so their brain works extra fast under intense situations, and they have improved reaction times, etc...
Also, the armor has pressurized pumpable gel inside, which protects the spartans from impacts(like the gravity gun slamming him against a wall..). There were even times in the books that the spartans jumped from planes and made it easily because they could just pressureize the gel.

[/MC fanboy-ness]
(Hey, writing all that got me out of homework...)
