Post subject:  It's Gonna Be A Happy New Year...
Forgive my RENT fanboyism.
I couldn't think of anything else to call this thread.

Anyways, New Years is coming up. You peoples have any plans for the last night of the year?

For me, my plans include flying to Florida to spend a couple of days with my fiance. I'm not sure where we're going yet. I'm thinking it's probably going to either be Howl at The Moon (a totally rockin' piano bar), one of the clubs on PI, or House of Blues (if I can get Holly to see Sevendust).
I would love to go to Disney to see the fireworks, but Holly said that, if we don't get there before about 10 in the morning, we won't get in.

Either way, it oughta be a blast.

I might be alone for New Years and/or New Years Eve. If so, my plans include polishing off a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi and a pack of Starburst.

If not, then we're breaking out the psychedelic dancing ball and partying it up all night.

I'm probably gonna head over to West Chezzetcook with my gun and sit around until I hear the people clanging pots and pans. Then I'll fire a couple off and head home for TV until morning.

Oh, and if I ever get up to the indian reserve I might buy some fireworks. But considering it's all the way past Truro I doubt I'll ever have enough motivation or energy.

I'm gonna do what I do every year: celebrate it with all my closest relatives. Before the year begins I'll go home and invite some friends to watch TV and eat stuff together.

Normally, the tradition in my family is that New Year's Eve is "game night", where we, of course, play several board games in a row, usually preceeded by going out to see a movie. Maybe I'll end up hanging out with friends that night as well.

My church back home is gonna have "Night Watch" service, so they're not going to have Sunday morning services.

Funny, they're not having Sunday services on New Year's Day, but they're going to have it on Christmas.

Well, for Christmas the family and I are flyin' out to Vermont (we live in California) to see family. Snow!
Well, I'll exprobably just take a cup hot chocolate and my iPod and Grandpa's dog and sit in the snow and watch the stars if the sky is clear.

Sounds pretty awesome though.

I have to work, bleh, but we are having a wild wild west dress up theme. Going to look for a costume today.
Then we will proceed to drinks at work, then to wherever else we are going after that!
Then on New Year's Day, it's my last day at work before I move out of town, so it's my farewell party. Lots of partying... w00t!
