For me:

- Sarah Brightman's new album. She's my favorite artist of all time. Hopefully it'll come out this year.

- Violet's album. She's sung on albums by Gregorian and just recorded a debut, or is still recording it - not sure. I don't know if this is coming out in 2006 or not; it was actually scheduled before for mid-2003. I'm patient. I think. (Oh, and there are clips here.)

That's all I can think of off the top of my head. I already had two awaited albums released in 2005 (by Fiona Apple and Kate Bush), so that cuts down the list somewhat.

-Prize Fighter Inferno's debut album
-Jimmy Eat World's next album

...ya, I really don't anticipate much music unless I hear a realease date...I kinda just go with the flow otherwise...

I hope swing and rag time will once again becomes popular, as My great wisdom once said:
As alberto's great wisdom once wrote:
Swing and rag time were the techno of the 20's.

So true of words.

Ooh, it's about time for Tool's next album. And I want the new Lemon Demon album when it comes out. It's called "Dinosaurchestra."

Well, let's see...

-Splinter Cell: Double Agent
-Final Fantasy XII

And there's probably more that I'm just forgetting.

EDIT: Dur. I didn't see the entire title. No music that I'm particularly looking forward to, except AC/DC's new album.

Last I heard Franz Ferdinand was touring and writing songs, and they wanted to get into the studio as soon as possible. Seems awful fast, but in this society people can release one album and make a living off of it for years (*cough*Maroon 5*cough*)... So if that actually happens, that would be cool.

A new Killers album would be nice. I've listened to Hot Fuss: Limited Edition endlessly since I got it.

And up until last year, I was jumping around, waiting for Jason Mraz's new album (uwah, so good).

But I'm not looking forward to anything in particular.

Speaking of Kevin Dubrow, Quiet Riot is supposed to be doing a new album this year as well. Traci Guns was going to be on it, but that fell thru.

Well, according to "The ABCs of Rock" KISS will be releasing some original material this year, so I'm pretty pumped about that. What'd be even better is if they went on a tour to promote it.

I'm also hoping for a new White Stripes album.

Whay are there no Radiohead fans on this forum? I'm hoping for a new release by them. And a non kiducational TMBG album might be nice.

All I care about is the Flaming Lips' new album.
I still need to find my copy of Yoshimi.

Oh yes, Mindcrime II... the show I went to last February where Queensryche performed the original in its' entirety was fantastic. Though I'm a little skeptical about how a sequel is going to turn out, seeing as how they're not half as good as they used to be and all. :p

Another one I forgot about - OutKast! The trailer for their new Idlewild movie looks pretty sweet, and the album itself sounds really interesting. OutKast with 30's music influences... hmm....

More stuff from Kraftwerk! And, hmmm, Jean-Michel Jarre should release the Poland gig on DVD already.

Mr. Kiss, you are now my favorite music related poster, even though I can't say I'm much of a KISS fan.
