That song is a laugh riot if you play it on an acoustic and sing along in your school's lunch room, people get so confused. |

Unless I'm greatly mistaken, that sounds like "Living In A Bubble"! I love that song. I have a couple: In the song "Hallelujah, which has been covered by who knows how many people, there's a line that goes "Remember when I moved in you, / the holy dove was moving too..." Well, I heard it as "The holy [b]dark[/i] was moving too..." I think my version's prettier. Here's a ribald one: In "Big Yellow Taxi" (the Counting Crows version), I thought the line "They paved paradise and put up a parking lot" was "They paid paradise to put up a [CENSOR'D]ing lie!" Um, yipes! >< I wondered how they could play it on the radio! Personally, I can't understand any of "Ana Ng." Is he really saying "Eighty dolls yelling 'Small Girl!' after all?" |

Yep! I thought of another one. You know how in Nobody Puts Baby in the Corner it says "Nothing comes as easy as you/Can I lie in your bed all day?" I thought it said "Nothing comes as easy as puking and lying in bed all day." Those are some wise words. |

Anyway, I just remembered a great site for this sort of thing: http://www.kissthisguy.com , after the most (in)famous misheard lyric of them all. |

Without looking at that, I'm sure it's Jimi Hendrix... |

Wow, everyone's talking about obscure stuff. When I heard "Long Cool Woman (in a Black Dress)" I thought he said "She was a long, woman in a black dress, just a-findin a beautiful song" Turns out it's "Just a 5'9", beautiful, tall." That song is incomprehensible. |

Well this is a funny story. My mum used to write down the lyrics for ABBA when she ws a kid, and for Mamma Mia, she wrote down: Mamma Mia! Hedanimpasay! Instead of: Mamma Mia! Even if I say! It cracked me up, anyway. |

Umm.. In Stereophonics by Dakota, I thought it went 'Makes me feel like a woman'. And Midnight Show by The Killers, I thought it said 'White [bad word to describe child born out of wedlock] boy'. Honestly, I have a whole pile of these and I usually prefer to sing them my way too. |

Maybe they got him confused with Jeremiah (who was a good friend of mine). I hate that song! My name is Jeremiah and most everybody says it's funny, like they were the first ones ever to make it up. It really got old, real fast, like, kindergarten. |
