php is used to make websites, forums, etc. Like html, only ... not. Because it works differently. For example ... *points to the URL* This forum runs on php. Without it, there wouldn't be a Wiki forum! |

I dunno, most sites will host PHP, it just depends if they have it installed on their server. If it's just for testing purposes, you could probably throw Linux on a box somewhere, install PHP, and do it that way, but other than that, I'm not sure. Try Google. EDIT: Maybe http://www.united.net.kg/signup.htm , but you're not gonna get the free hosting right for you unless you look it up yourself. |

I've heard Tripod-UK hosts PHP scripts, but I've never been able to get their FTP working. |

Doesn't T35 still do it? Jello B. wrote: If it's just for testing purposes, you could probably throw Linux on a box somewhere, install PHP, and do it that way, but other than that, I'm not sure.
Somehow, I doubt most people here have the ability to do that. Oh, and one can simply get XAMPP or a similar package for Windows. |

Asks for TMI. Eg: age and address. |

![]() Wait - 'age' is too much info? You've already told us your age on the forum... |
