So... check this out!

I recently discovered a site which is not in and of itself funny, but its contents are unintentionally hilarious.

Vimm's Lair

It's got old-school video game manuals up for viewing. The humor stems from how godawful some early game manuals were. I looked through some of them and thought, "Good Lord, any game with a manual like these nowadays would be laughed off the market!" Not only was the writing ridiculous, but the art was really bad too.

In fact, some of the old manuals were so terrible that I had to quote one in my dull signature. (Which is still the same sig, really, it's just got a quote in it now.) This quote was chosen because it fit my username best, but I may quote some more...

Oh, man, that Rubber Faces thing reminds me of a mini-game from the first two Mario Parties... Face Lift. Man, that game was RAWKSOME.

That, was funnier then any homestarrunner cartoon. It redifined the idea of a film being inacurrate to the book.

Catchy, inane song that you won't be able to get out of your head until you die? Cheeeeeeeck.

I would post a Dragonball Z parody, but I'm not sure too it's appropriate. But here anyway: (WARNING: BAD LYRICS (only for like 30 secs) http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/26018

Alright, I found some more Flash nuttiness to share with y'all... Most of it is video game related, but that's just because I'm a dork.

These first few Flash videos are all pretty clean. If you don't have problems with anything on Homestar Runner, there's really nothing here that I can imagine would offend you.

http://www.flashplayer.com/animation/randombattles.html - A funny cartoon on random map battles in FF7, done up like an old 50's school instructional video! Even if you don't like Final Fantasy, this is still a riot, because let's face it--most of this holds true for ANY RPG. I swear, I can do a voice that sounds EXACTLY like the narrator for this thing. There's also a bonus mini-game!

http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/llama.php - The Llama Song. If you are one of the few people on the 'net that don't know this, accquaint yourself! I gurantee you, this will be going through your head for ETERNITY. Either this or Banana Phone. "Fuzzy llama, funny llama, llama llama duck!"

http://www.flashplayer.com/animation/me ... usion.html - Chiton and Scythe aren't the world's greatest Space Pirates, so you'd have to imagine that their raid on Samus's ship in search of their cookies isn't going to go well. And it won't. But it WILL be hilarious. Notable for a lot of Homestar references (I mean, see the Wiki!), but it's funny enough on its own.

http://www.flashplayer.com/animation/me ... sion2.html - Part 2 of the above! Mecha-Ganny may be a pile of porcine scrap, but the cookies aren't safe yet! They'll have to survive a nuclear (or is it nucular?) explosion, "Whalers on the Moon," and Dr. Phil!

Now, these next two are really dang funny, but be warned: They are innapropriate for younger viewers. They have bad language in them, and quite a lot.

http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/140422 - Forget Link. That idiot's practically catatonic. Navi's the one you really should be thanking, because if it wasn't for her, Link probably would've been massacred by Gohma without a second thought! Watch as she guides Link (with many a foul-mouthed insult) on his quest to save Hyrule! Or something!

http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/228112 - The second part of Nav--er, Link's epic quest to save Hyrule! Goading him into going to the Forest Temple isn't so hard, because Saria's there, and Link's fairly certain that after seven years, she must be a total babe. (Boy, he's a moron.) Of course, this is Link we're talking about, so expect no miracles...

I dump piles of funny stuff at an LJ I affectionately call ImageImage. You should check it out. Great stuff every day, all of it guaranteed funny or interesting. Some of it is not suitable for wee childrens, but almost all of it is PG-13 or below.
