Once again Duke botched it in the Sweet Sixteen as always. Nine straight Sweet Sixteens, 0 straight Elite Eights. You can't just bring it in the regular season and not do anything in the tournament. StrongRad, LOVE the banner. TELL WHAT U THINK!!!! |

If there is anyone on here who thinks UCONN desreves to be in the Elite Eight, shut up. The officals gave that game to UCONN, and you know it. It should be Washington and George Mason in the Elite Eight. I challenge the NCAA offcials to call a UCONN game down the middle. |

I missed the game. But I now know that my bracket is toast... There are two teams left... and I have both of them losing. /crysomemore

LSU made it to the Final Four, and I think that they have an actual shot at winning the whole thing. UConn definately won't win, even though I picked them because they have struggled to win everyone of their games. Very unlike a 1 seed. Mason will beat them. |

Florida will also be in the Final Four, so this tournament is crazier than last year's, with the exception of the Elite Eight round. My pick: UCLA will win the whole thing. |

Wow history has been made. This will be the second Final Four with out a #1 seed. UCLA is a 2, LSU is a 4, Florida is a 3 and George MAson is an 11. I am going for broke on this one. Let's go Patriots! |

Quote: This whole tournament has been like that, crazy. This is one of the wierdest Tournaments ever.
That's what makes March Madness the single best sports event ever! Even if not one of my Final Four teams are left.

I had Iowa losing to UCLA and Boston College losing to UCONN, then UCONN winning the championship. Stupid George Mason... Oh well, since I've pretty much lost my bracket pool, Go PATRIOTS!!! *jumps onto bandwagon* |

Anyone who has been following basketball all season should know that UCONN is not a quality pick. They may have been a #1 seed, but they didn't play like one. They were too inconsistant to warrant them being a title contender. UCONN would schlep around for 30 mintues and in the last 10 minutes they would be unstoppable. Take it from a person who follows the BIg East.

At least he was in good company. More people picked UCONN to win it than any other team. They were a HUGE favorite, at least as far as these things go. |

![]() The only team that I had in ther Final Four was LSU. StrongRad, this is good for Kentucky. 1.) There are two teams in the SEC in the Final Four, so that makes our conference look tough. 2.) We get a LOT of money because two teams are in the Final Four. |

True.. This also makes people who whine because they didn't get a number one seed look like fools... AND, with a mid-major like George Mason in the final four, it'll give other mid majors some actual credit. Like I said earlier, there's a good chance of a 10+ seed advancing into the tournament.

It looks like the clock wil finally strike midnight for the cinderella George Mason. Florida is up by 16 and they aren't making a whole lot of mistakes. Mason hasn't made a three pointer, and Humphreys for Florida has made like 4 in the second half. Bye bye, Patriots. ^^The above is me TELLING WHAT I THINK!!! All of this is likely to change but probably won't. |

Too much hype. Not that GM wasn't worth it. I just feel that it worked to their disadvantage. Florida wasn't going to make the same mistake(s) that UConn did. The media made sure of that. An 11 seed making it into the sweet 16, or even the elite 8, isn't that big of a deal. The final four is/was. Everytime I turned on sportscenter they had a new story about how great George Mason was... or how wonderful it was that they made it so far. Florida's coaches had all week to make sure that they realized that they couldn't underestimate them (like their previous opponents had done). It doesn't hurt when GM was 2-11 from 3 point land, while Florida was 12-25. Oh well

Well, depending on the total score tomorrow night, I am either going to win $150 (3rd Place), $50(4th place) or $100 (tie 3rd). Oh well. Either way, I'm coming out on the + side. Heh, Florida's my dad's alma mater (well, one of them along with Georgia), so that was kinda cool they won. Even though I was pulling a lot more for Villanova in the tournament overall. |
