Yeah, what OS?
Mp4Cam2Avi can convert .MOV's to .AVI's, and then if you have Windows Movie Maker (should be on all Windows XP computers) you can import the AVI's and export it as a Windows Media Video. That's how I always do it. If you don't have Windows XP then I'm not sure.

Try this. There's a free trial version which just asks you to buy it whenever you start it. Fair trade, I think. It seems pretty solid.
