Anyone watch Chef Returns on South Park last night?

Dag, Matt and Trey are ticked.

Also, regarding Tom Cruise preventing the Scientology episode from re-airing, the Hollywood Left's hypocrisy is exposed.

Quote:
"Where are George Clooney and his brave Hollywood friends?" notes DeBecht, chiding Clooney who made a particular point during the Oscars of patting himself on the back for having the courage to call Joseph McCarthy a bad guy - 50 years and countless books and documentaries after the fact. "Here’s censorship happening right under Hollywood's nose, but instead of confronting an actual free speech issue, all these brave liberals souls don’t want to take on a clear violation of free speech when it involves a big-name actor who might be able to give them a job somewhere down the road. “Hypocrisy‚ isn’t a strong enough word to describe this.”

:eekdance: :eekdance: TOTPD!!:eekdance: :eekdance:

EDIT: Because Krazed Squirrell pointed out I'm retarded. :)

Dag, the Stone brothers are ticked.

They're not brothers actually, but I digress.
That was hard to watch last night. Regardless of Matt and Trey's beef with Hayes, the character of Chef deserved better than that.

Dang, in less than three days, two of my favorite secondary TV characters (Chef on SP and 'Lem' on The Shield) go bye-bye. Bummer.

Edit: Changed my post a bit becasue in haste, I didn't think that there would still be people who hadn't seen the episode yet. Still, considering the recent conflict, it's pretty easy to deduce that there are no fun times for Chef in 'Chef Returns!'.

Wait wait wait.

So...Chef's...dead?

What the heck happened to him? I see that it looks like he got frozen in stone...Han Solo'd?

Okay, I can't take it anymore...

Chef was killed in a very brutal way in 'Chef Returns' by falling off a cliff, bieng impaled on a stick and then having his face ripped off by a mountain lion while he was being eaten by a grizzly. Oh yeah and then he was shot and hit by lightning. Later he was brought back to life (sorta) ala the end of 'Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith' as kind of a Darth Chef thing.

Whoa...that was brutal.

It was also one of the funniest South Park episodes I've ever seen. Why?

They didn't even bother to make Chef's dubbed voice synch up right. His timing was off each time and it was hilarious to see them splice two clips where he is saying two completely different things in two completely different tones. That was the point, and it turned out hilarious.

Isaac Hayes wasn't even a real chef. They should get Emeril to take his place on the show.

Incidentally, the guy in charge of Concordia Seminary's cafeteria, Mike, looked sort of like the character Chef. He sort of acted like him, too. A few of us actually called him "Chef."
