Probably room temperature. When my pillow gets too warm, I flip it over and use the other side, which is generally cooled down a bit by the time the other one heats up again. |

Definately cold pillow...our heads give off a substantial amount of our total body heat, so by the laws of thermodynamics, we want a colder surface to which we can pass on the heat. |

Cold Pillow. But, in winter, I like my blanket to be warm... any other time, I like cold blankets as well. But Ace already stole my blanket, so I don't have to worry about that anymore. |

Room temperature pillows are usually good, because if they get to cold you can't get to sleep... A cold pillow always beats a warm pillow. |
