whilst playing video games:
"you're done!"
"come'ere boy!" (from Rex Kwon Do)
"STORM THE BEEEEACH!"
"awesome? I am the awesomest!"
and the ultimate trump card:
"GLEEK LEE PLATZ!" (don't ask, only envision it said with a deep throated european accent)

I also tend to answer "yes" to a question with two or more options...
and I do enjoy calmly pointing out that "It's hammer time!" on occasions.

I don't really have any real catch phrase, but well, I sometimes say "Don't milk the cow before midnight" in a slow, insane voice. Please do not ask me what it means or where is it from. I honestly have no idea.
There are probably a few more, but that's all I remember right now.
