sure they can. there's this girl that was in my class who had a boyfriend in year 3.

What's year 3?

Anyhoo. Love. Just because someone goes out with someone else, it dosen't mean that they love each other. I think they are conforming to the adult world.

I think we can. Whether I am in love or not is a different question.

When I think of ten year olds I know... I agree with your parents.

It's not like they're seriously anyway. Just let them have fun. When they get older, they will hopefully realise how stupid they were, and carry on.

Yeah, but ten year olds going out with twelve year olds, to me, sounds weird. Do you remember when you were ten?

Bagh, that's like me going out with one of my sister's friends. Old people.

Yeah, but dating someone and being in love with them are very, very different things.

No. That said, I'm 15.

What people call "love" is an absolute and extremely deep emotion that I just can't imagine someone that's called a "child" could feel. I've felt longing to be with someone many times, but was it love? Heck naw.

And to be honest, if one does feel love, they should be called an adult solely because the emotion and relationship itself is one that requires huge amounts of maturity.

What is love? How do you know when you're really feeling LOVE?

I'm almost 17, and I'm still not sure if I really truly know what love is. Like freakyblueman, I've felt a longing to be with someone... wanting to make their life great, make them smile and laugh... meh. I dunno.

It's unlikely to me that young kids could feel real love. They're simply not mature enough. I suppose if one was some sort of social genius (which is possible) far dvanced beyond everyone else his/her own age...

Gah. All these serious words in one post. I need a break...

And they called it puppy love...

Anywho, I'm not sure if it's actual love, and I think that young kids aren't mature enough to handle those kinds of emotions. Then again, there are a number of teens and adults that aren't mature enough...
