Actually, topo, there are some electronic musicians that do play live. Virus, Mr. Pacman, Joy Electric, Daft Punk, Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream, Imogen Heap, etc. It takes a lot of skill, knowledge, and patience to program a sound that's not preset in the synth; that's even harder on modular synths, where huge, separate modules modify the sound a little bit, and you patch them together with 1/4" cables.

So don't tell me that electronic musicians don't work hard.

I can't say that My Chemical Romance is bad. You can't hate all emo.

Yeah but you try makign a catchy beat or melody with only a mouse and keyboard. It's a lot harder to make good techno, than good classical. And by the way you ever listen to Basementjaxx? I'm sure even non-techno fans enjoyed their song "Where's Your Head At?" It's just cool stuff.

They butchered Under Pressure, that's a good reason for anyone to believe that MCR sucks.

1. Just because a modern band can't entirely recreate a classic peice is not means for "butchering".
2. Just because one song might possibly suck doesn't mean the others do. There isn't one kid at my school who hates Helena or I'm not Okay.

I've been getting tired of Black Flag. Henry Rollins has a cool voice for about 10 minutes then it just gets...uugh.

He said My Chemical Romance(very emo) Not The Chemical Bros. One wears eyeshadow because their publicist says so. The other makes my favorite song on DDR.

Okay, okay, okay. Let's clear things up a little.

My Chemical Romance, firstly are not emo. Anybody who thinks so needs to rethink that little idea.

Secondly, My Chemical Romance weren't the ONLY ones singing 'Under Pressure', it was a joint song with The Used. So yeah, maybe it did suck (I think it's okay myself, not great but... just okay.) but MCR weren't the ONLY guys to blame.

Thirdly, if a lot of people like a song, it doesn't automatically make it good. My Chemical Romance have better songs than the singles they have released, such as Demolition Lovers, You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison, etc.


Worst band in my opinion? Well, I would say Good Charlotte. Or Evanescense-y band that I can't be bothered to spell. They just spawned a load of teenyboppers who think they're 'goth' for listening to them. Same with Fall Out Boy (although I like a few of their songs) and the emo scene.

Whew, glad to get that out my system.
