I loved that Anti-mac commercial. Roffle. I cracked up so hard when he said to use it as a boat anchor... ah... good times. |

yeah, i don't know about programming or anything but offer this slight piece of advice. people who hate macs hate their commercials automatically and are no better than people who unquestioningly love them. a lot of people have pointed out that john hodgeman the pc guy is dorky and lame, so that is a dishonest representation of PCs for the skae of advertising and such. two things to say about that. hogeman is actually a very hip funny guy who writes for the new york times, has appeared multiple times on the daily show and wrote a very funny book that i suggested to forumers but was naturally ignored because why would people want to learn more about a person when they can write them off? and then the other thing about the dorky guy/hip guy thing is this: every single advertisement is intended to influence people to throw money at that company. so big surprise even if Apple was trying to influence people to buy their product. remember "dude, you're getting a dell?" and all that crap? the gateway cow box? the older apple switch ads? All advertisements are gimmicky attemtps to get money. |
