I didn't care too much for either team. I'm Italian, so I partly root for them, and I love France, so I cheer them on as well. So today, it didn't matter for me who won.

Anything to get their call. I mean, it's unfair, but in the same situation, wouldn't you fake it a bit if it meant your team getting the advantage?

sad that france didn't win. oh well. i wish the game didnt have to end on a shootout, though. it was exciting, but it really doesn't have much to do with the game beforehand. france controlled the ball well and then choked in the shootout. alas.

Well, if it's any consolation, T-Coke, I think it's better to be knocked out by the overall winners, than by a team who'd end up getting Puh-OWN'd. At least, you were only beaten because you were beaten by the best.
