Okay, one mo' question:

GIFs, I found out, are only transparent in IE. and PNGs are only tranparent in Firefox...

is there a file format that's transparent in all browsers? I want everyone to be able to see my avatar fine.

Zuh. Oh well...

I'm gonna change it to a PNG anyway, it seems like the majority of people use FF...

Hm. It's still transparent for me, and I use IE. yeah, I know it sucks; but some sites get screwed up in Firefox You sure you PNG'd it?

Only alpha-transparent PNG's (the kind where it's like 50% transparent or 25% transparent in some places) don't show up in IE. And transparent GIF's always show up for me in Firefox...
