Just thought it was a good health reminder for all us computer nerds.
Now get out there with a peice of fruit and some sunscreen and see how well you can climb a hill.

Mmm. on second though eat the peice of fruit before you climb that hill. You'll need the food energy.

I need to get my bike fixed. I used to ride it to church every other day, but it's got a flat tire and needs new brakes right now, and I just don't seem to have the ambition to fix it myself.

I think that means leaving the room where the computer is.

Woah, no way, there are other rooms? With other computers in them? And other people?

I'm good on the excersise part. Summer is here and with that I can go up into the mountains and find new, exciting ways to injure myself on my bike. On the other hand, I'm not a big fruit eater. I have a banana every now and then, but that's about it.

There's a computer in every room in my house. Except the bathrooms.
....

Nvm. Now my laptop is in there.

I would, but, you know... I think my skin's grafted to my chair.

Nah, I kid. I'm going on a 20-mile bike ride on Saturday. And fruit is good, too.

I've lost plenty of weight in the past year, but that's because of... less... eating...
I really should excercise, rather than trying not to eat.

I eat, but I don't eat too much. That is what gets you. Plus, with the FDA not regulating what goes into much of what we put into our bodies... it's safer that way. Too many preservatives. Makes it harder for fat cells to burn, thusly, you have an obesity epidemic.

well, do you really want the government controlling what you are allowed to put in your own body? What if they banned all shugery and fattey foods? would you be happy then?

Absolutely not. But, if they are going to impose such, shouldn't it actually watch out for us? Oh yes, that's right. This is the US government. They only watch the backs of oil companies and help those who can already help themselves.

But you'd think that they would have tried to stay away from putting all sorts of odd crap in the food, especially since Upton Sinclair's book. But, as I said. This is America....

Yes, and yes. :p I'm pretty thin, but I've been slowly gaining weight. I'm like 112-116lbs, and I used to weigh less. Like 100-104, and 105 was alot I should start exercizing again... But I'm never motivated. Besides, it barley shows I've gained weight, I still look thin, so I don't care much. >_>

I'm kinda proud that I've been able to get enough exercise during my highschool time. Crew does wonders. I'm in much better shape coming out than I was going in, by at least thirty pounds. *Sigh* now if only I can keep it up in collge world. Heh, my parents said that if I gain the freshman fifteen, I'm walking home for break (also see: 300 miles).

If you live on campus and eat in the dining halls, that shouldn't be a problem. Seriously, is there a law somewhere that prevents dining halls from serving food that is actually edible?

What exactly is "Freshman 15"? Is that like 15 lb every freshman is supposed to gain or something?
