I heart Xiaolin Showdown. It's really un-advertised over here, which is dumb, because it rules.

Favourite wu? Probably Golded Tiger claw, Jetbootso (sp?) or the monkey staff.

I made up a shen gong wu called the Gong of Ricksashi. It makes time stop completley. I guess its a little bit like the shard of lightning, though.

I've never watched an entire episode (I watched the last minute of an episode once and it was pretty funny) but I love that commercial on Cartoon Network. Y'know, the one with the hoedown? That's a funny commercial!

Because it's witty. Because it has a surprisingly deep plot and character interactions for a little kid's show. Because it's self-depreciating. ("1000 years of darkness!?" "Actually, it's only 962 years of darkness, but a thousand sounds more ominous.") Because it's got tons of kung-fu action, magic, and mystical widgets. Because it's creative. And because it's not really mainstream, so in liking it, you get that ever-so-wonderful feeling of havng your hands on a "hidden treasure."

Changed my mind. My favorite shen-gong-wu is now the Silver Manta. It's a giant flying manta ray jet plane thing! How awesome is that?

And is it just me, or is the Mantis Flip coin depressingly useless?

Man...this makes me think of a dynsaty warriors cartoon series....that would be cool. Xiaolin showdown itself, I've never watched for more then 5 minutes. I use to be a big cartoon watcher till recently...I dunno why I stopped. Shows like that just have lost their appeal for me.

Heheh, my brother and I have spent many hours trying to figure out what would happen if you matched up the Reversing Mirror with every other SGW that we've seen work. Man, you can get some nasty stuff with that.

Huh. I looked this show up on Wikipedia, and it looks kinda interesting. For a kid's show, at least.

One question, though: Does it have awesome fight scenes? 'Cause I have a short attention span.

Well, I watched a little bit of, and I have to say, I really like the animation style. Still kinda cheesy at times, though.

Actually, with Wu like that, or the Eye of Dashi, that shoot stuff out, the mirror just relects it back at the user.
