Post subject:  What's Your Raison D'être?
Raison D'etre means "reason to be" in French.
And it sounds cool.

I know there are lots of threads that delve in to your likes and dislikes, but I was wondering what all of your ULTIMATE reasons to be are.

To start off, my Raison D'être is music, basically...
When I'm not playing music of some sort I'm listening to it or humming it..
It's a large part of my life..

So what's YOURS?

I haven't really figured out my reason to be yet, but I know I'll find it. Music is a large part of my life though, it could defenitely be my raison d'etre (Or however it was spelled)

I consider my friends--the people that I love dearly and whom love me dearly in return--to be the greatest reason to be alive and to enjoy life. Music, for me, is a very close second.

But I also am aware that I personally have a purpose in this world, in this life, that I was set here for, which differs from my association with my friends or my music. I'm not sure if I should really explain my full purpose (or how I came to realize it), because some people might think it's crazy, stupid, or impossible to achieve.

To start the Second Renaissance. No, not that second Renaissance, you Matrix fans. I'm talking about achievements in music, arts, business and VIDEO GAMING as we know it.

Other than that, it's to live life to my fullest and to figure out who I am, because that's what Five for Fighting told me. Or so I thought.
