Lovely. When one of my frat brothers recently got a motorcycle, the license plate he got for it--a standard-issue one, not a specialty plate or anything--had 666 on it. Turns out that the lady that assigned him that license plate was the bitter mother of one of his ex-girlfriends. Whoops. :p

Hmm... naming a car... this seems like something I might be good at. Let's see: ...Ted... no. Let me start again. I'll even show my process!

Step 1: I think it should start with "The". If you just give it a name even a cool one, there's always the chance of you being seen as some guy who names inanimate objects. But if you start with "The", it becomes a title! People are sure to impressed that you have a car so cool it can't simply be called a car, but needs its own special title. Example: The Mach 5. Obviously a cool car. And people know it, because it's not just "A Mach 5", it's "The Mach 5".

Step 2: It needs to be original. No "The Crusher" or something like that, it's been done to death, then came back as a zombie, and then was done to death again.

Step 3: Something simple and to the point. People aren't going to remember some silly thing like "The Lord Baron Silversteen McCar". It needs to be something that you can work into a conversation, and intrigue people without freaking them out. Like "The Fast", but that's not quite it.

I think I've covered everything. Now to come up with the perfect name, that fits all those qualities, as well as your car specifically. A Camaro, silver with black racing stripes. Nothing too flashy, and yet not afraid to say, "Yeah, I know I'm cool". So we need a name that fits that. In conclusion I think the perfect name for your car is:

"The Blade"

I like how you approached the question. I was thinking of calling it "The Tallgeese" (named after a mobile suit from the anime Gundam Wing)

Remember that one movie, "The Gods Must be Crazy" about that bushman in Africa? And then there was that scientist and his car was completely a wreck that would never start up and didn't have a brake thing? And they called it "The antichrist".

That's what you should call your car. "The antichrist", and then see how many people have seen that movie.

So, if I understand you correctly, those two are not real.

Nope... I might just not give it a name and wait until if feels right. A name that strikes me all of a sudden. A name that will leave me saying "That's it!!! That's the one!!!". Until then I will be patient.
