A cool little cryptic thing. I've gotten pretty far.

Aha, I figured somthing out. Spoilerz.

The DOS thing says it's from 1982. It mentions a 20-year project...that means it would be done in 2002. During 2002 Gordon Freeman was in stasis for 2 years, and the Portals to the Xen (Combine) planet began to appear. No way that is a coincidence.
