No, once you plead guilty, the is trial over. They go straight to sentencing. If you plead not guilty, then there is a trial.

I'm not sure. I was more talking about Asia or east Europe. All I'm saying is that there is illegal immigration that does not come from Mexico. I'm not saying it's the majority, I'm just saying it does exist.

I think Abu was, more or less, saying that the phrases "We should kick all illegal immigrants out of this country" and "I think we should kick all of the Mexicans out of this country" are not functionally equivalent.

Why are Latinos so ethnocentric? There are tons of illegals here from Asia, too.
