The Constitution says that
Congress can't restrict the rights granted to us in the Constitution. The FCC, therefore, can technically do anything they want.
Welcome to America: You can "pretty much" say anything you want, as long as the FCC wants people to see it. That being said, I'm against censorship. If you don't like something that's on TV, change the channel, or better yet, turn it off & go outside. Maybe if censorship were so extreme that every channel were pixelated completely, people actually would go outside & exercise. It would sure help with our obesity problem.
