So...does that mean that Romney endorses McCain?

What a demagogue. I can't believe he actually said that.

Do you know what demagogue means?

Did I ask you?

So, you think Romney just goes with the flow and preaches lies?

You know something? You're just a smart-aleck little kid. How old are you Rusty? 12? That means you don't remember what happened 7 years ago do you? You don't know what it was like while Clinton was in office either. So why don't you just quit saying crap that makes you look like a little punk.

Cool it, please. Rusty, I know this is asking a lot of you, but don't reply to this post. MooKoo, please refrain from personal attacks.

Oh my god it's so hard not to reply to that.

But I won't.

Can I just say that I'm 14?

Yeah. And the embolden-made text is the direct quote to which I referred my name-calling. To actually insinuate that a Democratic win means "surrender to terror" is Funk ridiculous, and serves no purpose other than motivate the scare-vote people.

Oh, and I'm not a supporter of the Democratic party, by the way. I'm just straight-out not going to vote in this election because my wing-nut, pinko opinions aren't supported by enough of the body politic for my vote to count towards anything.

You're being more of a "little punk" than anybody in the thread.

Anyways, pretty sure Romney did this so he can have the next best thing - the veep.

That being said, it should be noted that as a citizen of Massachusetts, I'm really glad Romney's finally out.

This reaction eludes me.

Why would you celebrate Romney dropping out? Now we'll probably have to choose between McCain or Obama. McCain is an absolute nut who will launch us into nuclear war, and Obama has very little experience in the field of politics, and the amount of experience he has won't be enough to make him a highly-approved president.

I really don't think you understand McCain.
McCain has been to war. He knows what war is like. He knows it's not something to go into lightly.

I don't think he'd be rushing us into war.

Keeping us in Iraq? Yes, but that's not something I disagree with. We've messed things up but they are getting better AND if we don't leave things (at least) better than we left them, then almost 4000 of our men and women in uniform will have died for nothing.

He got the crap beat out of him not long after he entered.

I'm also very unhappy that neither one of them will solve the immigration problem.

Also, he did kinda live through this.

The Colbert Bump doesn't seem to be working all that well. He even had him play air hockey and it still doesn't look good.

Rusty, some of us are trying to have an intelligent political discussion here. Please leave the thread at once.

^I agree.

Since Barack Obama has been falsely rumored to have some Muslim backgrounds, and since most terrorists are Muslims (and therefore most Muslims are trying to destroy the country FROM THE INSIDE), Barack Obama is trying to destroy the country FROM THE INSIDE and voting for him will slowly destroy our country FROM THE INSIDE... that's just one of the shining examples of intelligent geopolitical discussion that could be going on in this thread without that 10-year-old punk Rusty's interference.

And this.

I think Huckabee is going to play spoiler for the Republican Party in November. He knows that the Conservatives aren't that high on McCain and he thinks he has enough to pull some of the moderates away from McCain. He's basically going to pull a Ross Perot and it's going to end up costing McCain the presidency.

I'm afraid Paul might do that - I could definitely see him running independent. I like Ron, but there's no way he's gonna win, and that'd just be giving it to Obama or Hillary, both of whom I dislike over McCain.

Am I the only one who could see McCain picking Huckabee as his running mate? Huckabee has been doing McCain a big favor by staying in, splitting the vote between him and Romney. That has been giving McCain a big edge when it comes to delegates.

*whew*

I heard he was thinking about running for the Constitutional Party (or maybe Libertarian), but I guess he's sticking to the GOP.

I don't know what MooKoo will say, and I know this wasn't addressed to me, but I'd say that you might be reading too much into it. You've got to look at where he was when he said it. PACs are like the craziest, most narrow minded, and most partisan groups in their respective parties.

You have to result to things like this to get them going.
