Clinton is against Video Games, and she's openly friends with Jack Thompson. The only way to win the next few contests is to start a campaign about Obama playing video games. Hell, if there was a video of him waiting in line at a gamestop going to pick up a copy of GTA4 last monday night, he would be elected IMMEDIATELY. |

So, looks like Obama's going to definitely be the nominee, according to Tim Russert. Hillary would have to win 88% of the remaining delegates and get 69% of the remaining superdelegates to get the nomination, and it pretty much is not going to happen. So all that's left is to see if Obama's going to ask her to be his Veep. i don't think she'd do it, though. She wouldn't settle for second place, I bet. |

He's not gonna pick another black guy. It'll either be Hillary or somebody from a swing state, like Ohio or Virginia. Ted Strickland, Mark Warner, Tim Kaine, somebody like that. I also bet McCain picks someone really young. Bobby Jindal from Louisiana or Sarah Palin, the governor of Alaska, would be good picks for him. I'm no pundit, though, so we'll have to see. |

Any Democrat will win California, but maybe you're right about PA, Noid. I know Bob Casey's got some pretty big ambitions, but the person who would do the most to win PA for Obama would be Hillary. I think the Republican VP nominee is pretty much going to be whoever the Republicans run in 2012 when Obama wins in November. It's like an audition. That's gonna be important. |

Hillary wants any sort of power she can get at this point. Vice President is the closest thing and some actual presidential experience would look good on her resume. Yeah, I said it. Making pork chops and going on goodwill tours with Bill/showing up to promotional events doesn't count. |

I don't see her and Obama getting along on anything. This race has been too dirty for either of them to really be friends again. One thing it has done to my impression of the democratic party is put make me think they are a bunch of "people should do whatever they want, as long as I agree with it" type people. The way Obama and Hillary supporters argue about who should quit the race, who the superdelegates should vote for, etc. makes me wonder if there are any members of the party that aren't so self-absorbed that they can't let go of their own self-love for the good of their own party (of course, I think there are and I hope the loudmouths are a vocal minority). Keep the primaries going. If one of the candidates drops out now, I'm fairly certain that a lot of people will look at it as "I supported this guy and now he's quitting". I love the enthusiasm all of my democrat friends are showing about the upcoming primary. The November turnout will be HUGE if the primary excitement carries over. High voter turnouts are great for the country. Personally, I would love to talk to Obama or Hillary to see what their plans are to fix things. Obama hasn't made a visit to Frankfort that I know of, but the Clinton family's been here. Bill was here a couple months back and Chelsea was here today. I hear her cousin's dog's vet's brother-in-law's old college roommate is coming next week. One thing I know I'm sure of is that Hillary's "make the gas companies pay the gas tax" plan won't work. If the gas companies pay 30 cents of federal gas tax, they'll just charge us 40 cents for the trouble. |

Obama's been an elected official for longer than Hillary has, by a few years. Technically, he DOES have more experience as a legislator. Hillary's certainly been prominent for longer, but that doesn't translate to experience necessarily. I'd really be happy with either one as president, but I prefer Obama mainly because I'm tired of the same old people. Bill may have been a decent president, and Hillary could be a good one too, but I'm just sick of them. |

A lot of people call him a junior senator, like it's some sort of insult. All it means is that he is the younger of his state's two senators (which, in a lot of cases means he's not some 20-term old fart). |
