Ahem.

I thought we banned him.
Should we do it again?

IS MAN NOT ENTITLED TO THE SWEAT ON HIS BROWN?

NO, SAYS THE MAN IN WASHINGTON, IT BELONGS TO THE POOR.

NO, SAYS THE MAN IN THE VATICAN, IT BELONGS TO GOD!

NO, SAYS THE MAN IN MOSCOW, IT BELONGS TO EVERYONE!

Reject these answers! Choose something different, Choose the impossible!

Choose...

RAPTURE!

I believe that medicine is always a good thing, as well as improving crop production. The characteristics of humans, however, are up to God. We shouldn't be given the option to decide the outcomes of our children.

He did say "I believe" at the beginning of his post, you know.

Someone saying "I believe" does not necessarily mean they are saying they believe in God/religion/etc.

Oh, I know.. I was just saying I thought the "I believe" in his first sentence applied to the rest of the post.
I read his post as being re-writeable as "I believe medicine is always a good thing, improving crop production is good, but that human characteristics are to be left up to God."

Don't think I'm trying to start a holy war here (or even a holy crap).

No torture. Amnesty Int'l and the ACLU would be all over us. All we're allowed are just a couple of good ol' sackings and burnings.
Sorry bout that.

*sigh*

But torture is fun... Where's the Bush administration when you need them.
