Apparently now, conservative historians are clamoring to make Ronny another past president we admire. Not my bag, but a lot of people like him.

T.R. was a good leader, but can you imagine being the other Roosevelt? The worst war ever, all the secrets he held, the polio, coming back from the Depression, the strained relationship with Eleanor, rapid social change and population movement, restricting some rights and liberties for national survival and entrusting others to restore them after the war, the court-packing scandal....whoa.
Lincoln had a lot going on, but man...F.D.R. gets my vote.
