The Weekly World News does this kind of crap all the time. When Mt. St. Helens erupted, they published pictures of the devil in the smoke. When that volcano erupted in the Philippines, they published pictures of the devil in the smoke. When that building was bombed in Oklahoma, they had pictures of the devil in the smoke.

So to answer your question, it's probably one of those WWN pictures.

Many of these sites have pictures of it. Even is something that resembled a face appeared in the smoke, it's all just coincidence. Some of the pictures on those sites look like they were edited to push the idea of the Devil's face in them.

I know the Devil went down to Georgia but I don't think he went to NYC. That "devilish" face in the smoke, is just that, smoke. There is nothing paranormal, or spiritual about it.

I say the faces are bigger stretches than XXL waistbands.
In other words, they're really reaching when they call certain puffs of smoke facial features.

Now, there's no way you can look at that picture and honestly tell me that's not Richard Nixon staring right back at us.

This reminds me of when they found a face-like rockish thing on mars (or was it the moon?) like, on the surface, but it was just the structure of the surface. I think that was, like a long time ago.
