Actualy, he could probably run Windows 3.1 (the precuersor to Windows 95a) on that 486 lapptop of his.

My idea, he gets a newer computer...that runs Linux, but NOTthe X Windowing System, meaning no Graphical Interface. meaning he can still use his text based email applications, while still using a modern computer (or without complaining about "not enough typewriter").

Or, he could use just a basic window manager like TWM so he still has to use the terminal:

I had heard rumors that sbemail 150 might be the last one (not true), and I said to my friend "How?"

Personally:

Homestarmy returns for a 3rd showing, and beats the lappy to it's doom... For the next month we get big toons all about underrated characters like "The Origin of Homsar!" and "Bubs does stuff for 5 minutes!" and then, gets a giant screened HP f1905 (my compy), and checks emails on it!

I actually just created my own wiki, and I created a MYSBEMAIL thing. And I am going to go down the line of computers...

• Tandy 400
• Compy 386
• Lappy 486

... and then I reached an impass. 'What could be the next computer?' I said, and then it hit me. He should get the Cappy 600! It's just like the 386, only shotgun-proof! It's great! Anyway, if any of you want to use that idea, just give me credit, okay?

As for me, I think he'll lose the Lappy's battery. Or Homestar borrows it and it somehow ends up 60 feet underground in Montana covered in mayonaise. Like anything of mine my mom touches! I'm still trying to find my computer after she checked her e-mail for what she said would be five minutes (Really about 12 years.) on it, I'm posting with my mind right now.

I think he'll get the Lappy back, too, or the enxt email will start like nothing happened. However, now that The Cheat is using a different computer, as seen in redesign, Strong Bad could easily inherit the Tangerine Dreams. (I'm probably not the first to mention it, though). Just a thought.

I expect SB will suddenly have a 586 tower without explanation. After all, nobody explained where the Lappy 486 came from. Or the Compy 386. Or, for that matter, the Tandy.

That's what I was thinking too. At the very least he could borrow the TD while the Lappy's gone missing. I'm not sure about it becoming SB's permanent computer from now on, but it would be kinda neat.

HEY! lol. I was in Rocky 6. It.. uh.. MIGHT be good. Stallone didn't really look all that old or out of shape when I saw him in the ring. I was an extra for the press box at the end of the movie during the fight.
