New sbemail! And, additionally, a new Dullard comic. Also, fun little taser the gnome game at the end.

The sbemail
The flash file

The wiki page!

This one was alright... I liked the Corpy, and :pom: as the Big Cheese was pretty good. Also enjoyed :hr: riding the plastic goldfish with the giant toothbrush...

Pretty good email..beter than nothing I suppose. Strong Bad had the right idea when he told Strong Sad to do alttabbothshiftssquiglynumlock and so on. I'd say 6/10

Meh. This sbemail was ok. I laughed at the part with the DNA Evidence. 5 sbemails in a row!
3/5

Hey, I thought this was a good-to-great e-mail. Seeing Strong Bad try (and fail) to stick it to the man by answering emails from work was worth a few laughs, as was Strong Sad as a clueless temp, the reference to those annoying mini-game banner ads, and Homestar toadying to "Big Cheese" Pom Pom ("Yessir, I'll have that DNA evidence on your desk by five!").

Not bad at all. I like seeing the work place again. 4 out of everything.

I liked this one! As someone who is well accustomed to the practices of checking e-mail (and other online dalliances) at school, I like this one. The "firewall on Strong Bad's imagination" made me laugh out loud, and as soon as Homestar started imagining stuff, I knew we'd get a line about that.

The office is one of my favorite Homeplaces, probably due to it hosting perhaps my favorite Homestar moment (Well, I was hanging a picture in Barbados...), and this e-mail makes me smile. You go, Grandmaw Edgar!

This is a great reference to how schools and work places block all the sites that you want to look at, and as usual, done in a funny way. The DNA saga continues, and :pom: being called the big cheese...yeah, I thought it was good. Sbemail168 still beats it though.

oh man was this awesome. Totally outside the box and funny.

:bubs: and :pom: and  were hilarious.

definitely a 9/10

just curious, who else has appeared in the office besides all the ones in this toon?

I laughed at some parts, and seeing a new computer was kind of funny. But I agree that it wasn't the best.

i think this was a little to real. and w/ the recent times. 3 blunt references to popular products.

I know this has nothing to do with the subject at hand, but this does bring us down to four emails until Strong Bad is supposedly supposed to upgrade to an inkjet printer.

I'll bet The Paper has something to do with the DNA evidence! So it'll be arrested or something leaving SB with no choice but to upgrade!

We'll see...

Okay, so how many more until they kill of The Paper?

FOUR MORE EMAILS?!?!

At least I thought it was #173...

Edit: Aw, you beat me to it...

Oops, accidentally posted that twice.

I guess I'll have to come in here and count down to the supposed replacement of The Paper with the release of every new email.

I loved this email. I think my favorite part was when Strong Sad was talking about making the schwa sound on dictionary.com, because I'm a huge language geek.

I must admit, the "office humor" isn't anything new. But I can so totally identify with not being able to get any things-besides-work done while at work.

This one was pretty funny, but it also really ticked me off.

It reminded me of how corporations and schools have those dang firewalls and how they give the suck-ups more privileges than those of us who hate them (The ones who get to join all the extracurriculars seem to have more of a say in everyday things at my school, I've noticed.), and the "drone" comment really ticked me off, because that's often how I feel my school thinks of me.

And then there's the Homestar thing, again with the suck-ups/friends-of-the-boss being the ones with admin privileges, even though they don't deserve them. And administrators in the first place, which means that even though they're supposed to administrate and keep an eye on things, they're the ones who don't get blocked from goofing off.

Not to mention the classic "down-on-his-luck protagonist who gets blocked at every turn by even his friends and his idiotic happy-go-lucky nemesis who always manages to have everything go his way" situation from shows like Dexter's Laboratory (Dee Dee needs to be shot.) or Ed, Edd, and Eddy (So does Sarah.) that I hate so much.

There were some funny parts, but I didn't like it because it had almost every scenario I despise.

grandmaw Edgar amused me. POLE VAULTING OLD LADIES WTF xD

this isn't one of the better emails, but it's still funny in places.

Homestar's "imagination" scares me....

I'd have to agree with Beardo. I like sbemails that have different settings and a slightly different "formula" if you will.

I really liked this email. I think it's fun that all the characters work together. hehehe...I give it 2 thumbs up

This one really seemed classic Sbemail--oppressed StrongBad in his work shirt, constantly being interrupted. I also noticed the return of those fun little toons from PQ and Dman3...good times, good times.

DNA Evidence again!!

I cracked up when homestar came in, and bubs was alright, though it was a little bit trying when there was an easter egg that you had to click on when strong sad and strong bad were talking.

overall though 7.8/10

I loved this sbemail. The different setting, the firewalls, the firewall-vaulting granny, and all the characters all pretty much stuck at the same job. This reminded me of Dilbert a lot, somehow, where they are all working, but never get anything done. And, of course the DNA evidence running gag. It fit better this time than last sbemail. Anyone notice how each two DNA reference emails, the references are sort of connected? Like in strongbadathlon, Marzipan says that "That's why I think the DNA evidence was tampered with." and in the next one, SB says "And that's when I tampered with the DNA evidence." Then, in the movies, the character onscreen says "And when I turned around, the DNA evidence was gone!" and then in the next one, Marzipan and Homestar are looking for the DNA evidence? Just interesting is all.
